St. Mark Outreach covers many services offered to the parishioners and community of St. Mark Catholic Church in Boynton Beach, Florida.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT COVERS WHO WE ARE AS THE PEOPLE OF GOD:

We, the people of St. Mark Parish, seek to follow the Gospel of Jesus in the tradition of St. Francis.  We believe that we are called to be peacemakers, to be people of hope and compassion. We strive to live our faith in a manner that serves the needs of our community. We welcome those who are searching for God in their lives. Strengthened by our worship together, we seek to grow closer to Jesus, so that, with Him, we can change the world.

Sick Call Ministry

The Sick Call Ministry consists of a team of volunteers who regularly visit our sick in the nursing homes, hospitals, and in private dwellings. They bring the Eucharist to the sick and infirm of our parish who cannot attend our parish Masses Providing information and services they extend the good will of our parish family to those who are unable to participate fully in the life of our parish.

Bereavement Ministry

The Bereavement Ministry helps those who are grieving the death of a loved one by helping them adjust to the changes associated with their loss. We provide a comforting and supportive environment where the participants can share their feelings and experiences with loss as well as provide information about how to get emotional and spiritual support.

Homebound Ministry

This ministry provides a spiritual and sacramental lifeline to parishioners who cannot attend Holy Mass and receive Communion because of hospitalization, serious illness, injury or similar circumstances.
